Why Letting Go is KEY for your Next-Level! (with powerful tools to FINALLY embrace that ending!)

I have seen so many clients and loved ones struggle and get stuck in their lives, because they were never taught how to let go… and because of this aren’t able to access that next version of who they want to be or what they want to have.

In this episode I am going to share:

  • Why letting go is so vital for our success and an ancient symbol and number in Numerology that helps us embrace it’s magic
  • Why letting go can be so freakin’ hard (this alone can be so clarifying!)
  • And then I am going to give you a powerful tool that you can use, to slay that dragon of fear around letting go – and hold steadfast for that next great thing that is coming…

So… if you’ve been feeling stuck and stagnant (afraid of letting go of that thing that no longer FITS); if you have have been holding onto that old project, business, relationship, identity or even living location… then THIS is your episode.

Some things to remember:

Mindset reframe: Empty space is magical space. Making space, makes space for miracles. Making space, makes space for new beginnings.

If you feel anxious about that limbo, that pause, that empty space before the new thing, keep these two ideas in mind:

  1. That pause always ends. This is not forever. Embrace this empty space as a time to reconnect to your vision for the future.
  2. Embody who you want to be, as the horizon of that new land gets closer. Create that vision board. Journal on what you want each area of your life to look like. Connect to who you want to be, and practice being him/her now.

You do the above? And you will upgrade, uplevel and be buoyed to new lands. 😉

Nat…….this was amazing….I kept thinking…oh wow…all this time…now I know…….this is great….letting go means the fear….the truth is one need not be fearful if you are creating something that needs the empty space of knowing…….love this…and I thank you with love….

Yes, yes, yes! Spot on. If we know that endings = new beginning, we can instead let go and have faith. It isn’t easy but with practice it becomes more natural.

It’s a 9 month, right? I’m feeling this one. Since my breakup with Mr. “Wonderful,” I’m finding myself creeping on the social media pages of the two most intense crushes of my life. Will was a senior in high school when I was a freshman, and I fell madly in love when he paid just the tiniest bit of attention to me. He’s “that guy” for me. The one I have a dream about every time someone else breaks my heart. The one I unconsciously compare every other guy to. The man I wanted to hold me when all my grandparents died. The most gorgeous man in the history of mankind. Also the guy who’s always spoken for by another woman. He fills in my silence after every “getting over” every other guy. Then there’s Matt. The guy from my class who was there for me when a lot of family drama happened a few years ago. The weirdo who makes me laugh. The guy who is all over my Facebook as soon as another girl breaks his heart. I’ve tried repeatedly to let go of both of them, and I just can’t. They are both that song I want to create, and there’s very little I can do about it. I’m filling in the space by writing a screenplay.
