I am a total enabler. I went from working out every day and being in the best shape of my life to spending all day literally cleaning up after other people. I’m struggling to get the weight off again for my 20th high school reunion now. Meanwhile I’m nagging my family about their own health. Very hypocritical. I also have a bad habit of sacrificing my sleep to stay up and talk to a friend who insists on living in a different time zone. Her 7:30 pm is my 2:30 am. Her family hates it as much as I do, apparently. This friendship got exhausting and I had to just stop. I’d much rather spend my time working on me and my own bliss. Happy February, Nat!

This is amazingly on the mark. The 6 minute sparkle is going to be my new jam. I literally was late picking my kids up today because i couldnt tell my pregnant student i had to go🤣 wtf? My poor kids.
I have also encountering the odd sensation of surpassing my teacher in skills. He knows it. I know it. Hes even toldme hes threatened by it. Normally, in my past i would just pretend to be forever dumb. Not improving, never surpassing. I feel strongly that I owe it to myself to continue improving, and get excited of where its taking me. I finally told him that someday, i would come across a student who will surpass me and it will be my most humbling moment and my biggest opportunity to deepen the learning. 🧘‍♂️ He stared at me and we both started cracking up. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I love him but I’m going to go ahead on .😜 i so appreciate your podcast. Its deeply important in my life. I actually have withdrawls at the end of the month……❤

Lol! I KNOW THIS. It is a spiritual practice to END conversations, right???? And your teacher will benefit watching you grow the teachings to new heights. LESSSS do this!

I am an hypocritical healer! Just realized it now!
I tend to others gardens because I dont know what to do with mine. Mine is broken and scattered in all the ways, but this was the only way I found to help me to keep going, tending others needs… I could tell myself that I havent done anything to fix mine , because I was sacrificing myself to others. What an hypocrit! I made so many mistakes, how can I fix it now ?I dont even know where to start!
What do I do, now, that I am aware of this Nat?
Can you spare 6 minutes to share a bit of your sparkle of your love to me?
I wish to become a hole and complete real healer but I need to heale myself first. This much I know!
    Much appreciated

I’ve been dealing with a hypocritical healer all month. My mother constantly reminds me of how much workout equipment I have that I never use. Little does she know I’ve been doing an hour of yoga in my room every day. Meanwhile, she’s making Valentines Day cupcakes and getting no exercise at all. Hypocrisy runs rampant in my family.
